Mission:
Independent Living Placement's (ILP) mission is to provide person-cantered, quality services to individuals to assist them in accomplishing their independence and their dreams. To achieve this mission, ILP strives to support staff in providing ethical services and continues to work on training staff so that they can be the strongest supports to the individuals we serve.
